           The living was a book that I thought was going to be horrible but after reading a couple of pages I found it totally interesting. The main character of the book Shy is a character that can know when something is wrong but when something else happens he gets confused. Shy has suffered a lot and he is still stuffing because of his family. His family isn't in good shape because he only has a mother and a nephew. He lost his grandma to a disease called Romero,and his dad left him before he was born.

           Shy goes through a lot in this book and surprisingly he has survived the impossible. He losses friends and makes new ones along the way of survival. While shy is on the cruise he is told that someone on the ship is looking for him and looks like he works for the CIA. A few months ago Shy saw a guy trying to commit suicide. So he coughs the guy in mid air and tried to pull him up, but the guy was to heavy and he fell to his death.

            The theme of this book is saying never give up when hope seems lost. This message can be put in many ways. In life matters, sports matters, and even job matters. In the book there were so many opportunities for Shy to give up but he didn't,

The Bully

                     Have you ever been bullied before? Most likely the answer to this is yes because everybody has been bullied before. Even Darrell the main character of this story. He just moved into a new neighborhood and hopes he can pull through because he left his friends behind in Philadelphia. When he thinks that it might not be so bad living in California until he meets somebody named Tyray who is way bigger than him and looks like a criminal.

                     Tyray introduces himself but when Darrell tries to tell him that he has to go Tyray just says that he's not going anywhere until he is done talking. That's when Darrell gets punched in the stomach and gets robbed of his money. The next day he goes to his new high school and finds out that Tyray also goes to Blu ford high school. He really doesn't want Tyray to notice that he is in his class. But he eventually finds Darrell and starts to pick on him in class. 

                     To me i know how it feels trying to get away from a bully because i have been bullied before and it was hell. It was really hard until i found the courage to stand up and fight back. People say that you should report it to a teacher but we all know that it just makes everything worse because the bully would just come back more angrier and hurt you even more. I didn't tell the teachers anything because I knew that he would just beat me up. Just like Darrell he doesn't tell the teachers what's going on because he was threatened.

                     People should tell a teacher but I think that sometime the victims should be able to go up to a bully and punch them in the face. This comes to show that you are tired of being picked on and hopefully scared the bully away.

Hi my name is Kenneth Cabrera and to day I'm going to talk about my synthesis page that i did on my book called superhuman. The book is about four teenage kids that need to save the world from the fifth king who was the first ever superhuman. One of the members named Lance is not a superhuman which would make him very useless. That's what the other three members of the group who are superhuman think. But some of the grown ups are saying that Lance may not be superhuman but he is a master thief which can make him useful. Just because someone is different doesn't mean that their not useful.

Lance grew up with a really nice family that cared for him and his older brother. Lance is now fifteen and he has no friends (he would like to keep it that way) and his older brother was eighteen. His brother was the popular one and Lance wasn't. So Lance then became a thief and learned everything to be a master thief. He wouldn't be caught by the police or security guards. His life changed when a famous superhero named paragon caught him stealing and ripping off people. Paragon took him in to a base camp where super-humans would train and do missions. Lance was then hearing the superhuman teenagers talking about him not being useful.

see this can be compared to life as well because of how people treat other people that are different. This is an issue because people that are different feel left out from the people that aren't different.

          In the book Hunger games by Susan Collins, is about a girl named Katniss who must survive the deadliest challenge that will come to her, the hunger games. During the book i started to realize that Katniss gets ahead of herself with peter. Together they will go and enter the games but they get a head of themselves by saying that they will win. That shows right there that they do get ahead of themselves. That's my claim, that they do get ahead of themselves thinking that they will win the games.

          Katniss is a character that wouldn't kill anybody unless she had no choice but too. When she gets ready to find out who will get picked a huge shocker comes. Her sister gets chosen to enter but Katniss quickly volunteers to save her little sisters life. When a boy gets chosen to enter with Katniss to the hunger games they must go to the capital to show there face to the world. but then when they go to the training facility they see other people train and think to themselves that they can easily win this.

          This shows how Katniss and Peter can get ahead of themselves and the opposite could possibly happen to them. even though there must be one victor for the games Katniss and Peter will still get a head of each other and still support one another. to me it doesn't make sense because if there is only going to be one victor then why support each other. they must like each other then if they are helping out one another. this can relate to so many people in real life because everybody gets ahead of themselves at least twice. It always happens to me, sometimes getting ahead of your self can be good or bad.
       

                                                                  TITAN Part 1

"Johnny wake up man its time for school." when i heard my brother say that i just ignored him and tried to fall back to sleep. "Johnny wake up you stupid bum." He pulled the blankets off me but luckily i had another blanket under the first one. But then he pulled the second sheet of me and i decided that ill just get up and go to school. My name is johnny and i have superpowers and i could break the fourth wall easily. If you don't know what the fourth wall is then look it. the thing is i know that i was created and put into a story. I know it sounds ridiculous but its true.

My parents always tell me to keep my powers hidden from everyone. Though i could tell you the reader because we'll probably never meet. hope you have a note pad because I'm going to tell you all my powers. super strength, super speed, super flight, laser eyes, freeze breath, see faster than an average human, have a heeling factor, x-ray vision, predict my opponents move, know every fighting style known to man, and i can use 100% of my brain. so anyway besides my awesome powers lets get on with my story. i eat breakfast with my brother until its time to go. when the time was right we left to walk to school. walking with my brother to school made me feel very unconvertible because he was 18 and i was 17. even though he was older i was better in many ways that you already know.

when we arrived at school we went to our class. he stayed on the first floor when i had to go to the second. when i got to the class i met up with to of my best friends. their names were Bruce and Dick. "hey Johnny how you doing," Bruce says. "noth'in much really," i say. (in case your wondering if i told them i had superpowers i didn't tell them.) "did you hear what happened last night about Ragnorock," Dick says. "what?" "he got his but kick last night really bad by a hero named knight fall." when i heard the name i was thinking about me because its me. I'm the Titan guy. The teacher walks in and the whole class goes quite. The teacher looks around to see if we are all here then gives me a devil stare. I just look around in confusion until she stopped looking at me. "okay class lets get started with today's lesso... We here a huge boom sound and we all look to see ragnerock standing in front of the school.

the teacher tells us to stay put but i run out the classroom to the bathroom to change in my uniform to become Titan and save the school. when im done changing into my uniform i hurry to find myself in front of ragnorock. "I see that you came back to get your but kicked again." "No i came to end you and show who you really are." "then BRING IT! we both start to battle it out. the whole school watches and yells for me to kick his ass.

Summer Reading

     Hi my name is Kenneth and i love reading books that have a lot of action in it. During the summer i have read about five books and they were very interesting. I also like to read science fiction books too because they make me feel so good. At my local library i go there to see whats new and what might interest me. Stan Lees how to draw superheros, changers book one:Drew,quantum prophecy,the golden cape,and the boy at the end of the world.
     My parents say reading is life and if you cant read well good luck with your life then.Reading can take you to amazing places.They take you to a never ending place with magic. You can picture anything and it happens. Fiction or non-fiction it doesn't matter it will take you anywhere you imagine.
